Before viewing an apartment be prepared with the following paperwork to help you secure it before someone else beats you to the punch:

Students, applicants with a credit score lower than 680, or someone who recently started a new job, may not have all the required documents. In that case, a guarantor with an annual income of 80 times the rent and a 700+ credit score can be used to guarantee the lease.
